Bringing more pnpm commands into the native CLI

Problem

Several commands still depended on TypeScript implementations or external CLI pass-throughs. That left gaps in the native CLI and made consistent workspace behavior harder to maintain.

Changes

I contributed native implementations across command areas, including recursive workspace operations, install-test, license inspection, package search, team and ownership operations, and deprecation commands. The work also covered clean-install behavior, preserving manifest formatting during recursive version updates, and using the registry access and authentication patterns already present in pnpm.

Result

The native CLI now handles more operations for inspecting packages, managing workspaces, and interacting with registries. Each change was added to its relevant command area instead of routing execution through another CLI.
